The small-sized CNC milling and engraving machine M-ROBO MS-43 for industrial purposes is designed to perform various milling, engraving, drilling, threading and contour machining on various surfaces of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.

 

The special feature of this machine is its compact size and ease of use. It has a vertical milling portal-type structure with a movable table. This design allows processing on flat and curved surfaces.

 

The M-ROBO MS-43 machine provides high precision and processing quality through the use of guides, ball screw gears and high-precision servo motors. At the same time, its protective cabinet fence ensures the safe operation of the operator.

 

The features of the machine also include its convenience when working in a confined space. The service area is only 2 m2 and is carried out on both sides, which allows you to install the machine near the wall.

To ensure operator comfort and ease of operation, various additional functions are built into the machine. In the lower part of the machine there is a technological compartment, which can be extended from the front side, in which a chip collection hopper is installed, a spindle cooling system, as well as the possibility of installing a compressor and a vacuum system. At the back of the machine there is an electric cabinet with an IP65 protection degree and a window for maintenance of the electric drive.
